My Dad was a wonderful quite gentleman he was everything a father should be he left behind his wife Anne son stephen daughter tracy and daughter eleanor one granchild pamela that he knew of and two grandchildren that he dosent know of Rachel and Stephen.
I will never forget that day you went away it was only five days after your 50th birthday we tried really hard to bring you back dad we really did but it wasnt meant to be I thought my heart was going to break in two the worst part of all is that we didnt get to say goodbye.
He worked hard all his life in the containerbase coatbridge were he had many friends I can still remember the photograph of you and a few of your workmates sitting on the bonnet of elvis's car and the trips to Ayr every year thank god for memories because I have hundreds of them you also have two brothers Jim and Sam and one sister margaret your mother outlived you which she found extremely difficult however she is now with you and all the other angels in heaven you went to soon Dad there was so much left for you to see and do you dont even know that CDs and DvDs and MP3s have been invented you would have either loved them or hated them who knows.
I love you so much dad and there isnt a day that goes by that I dont think about you.
THANKYOU YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR LIGHTING CANDLES ON BOTH MY DADS BIRTHDAY AND HIS 18TH ANGEL ANNIVERSARY I AM TOUCHED THAT PEOPLE CAN TAKE THE TIME TO DO THIS GOD BLESS YOU ALL YOU WILL HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART.

My prayer for us today
Tonight as I play at being Santa again.
I remember the tears I cried as a child when I discovered Santa wasn't real, at that loss of Innocent as all these dreams and hopes of a child become so bitter sweet as an adult..
I think of all the loved ones we have just lost over this last year, and the very raw pain it leaves in my heart...
And the ones that have gone before them..All our angels...and I pray for YOU all, that,
This twisting pain in our stomach eases..
The emptiness in every beat of heart steadies..
That the tears on our pillows dry..
And that we start to live again instead of existing.
And I pray for A Peaceful sleep tonight for each and everyone of us.
And I thank god for all the love that I have found here..
But most of all I pray for the Christmas Miracle..
That one day soon all this pain ends and together we will be again with our angels to never be parted.
One day we will all be reunited
Love never dies..
because someone is Gone Too Soon..

HAPPY 69TH BIRTHDAY DAD
Just thinking back Dad to when it was your 50th Birthday do you
remember we just got a microwave and I decided to make you a birthday cake in it for your birthday.
It turned our really well and when you saw how high the cake stood you said for goodness sake Tracy I would need a ladder to cut it.
There isnt a day that goes by that I dont think about you or how I wish that you were here to see and play with your grandchildren because I know in my heart that you would have been as good a grandfather as you were a father.
Enjoy your party in heavens garden with all the other angels.
